Shipping policy

We post orders every Monday, unless there is a Public Holiday recognised by Victoria on that day. If a public holiday falls on the Monday, we will post on Tuesday.

We post to all non-restricted states (VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT and SA). We are able to post to restricted states if a concierge service is organised by the buyer.  We can put you in contact with a concierge service if required, please email us petesperfectsplants3805@gmail.com

Express postage starts from $16. Postage will automatically be calculated at check out.

We can combine orders provided you follow our guidelines:

-         Only orders placed between Monday and Saturday can be combined. We do not combine orders placed on Sundays.

-         Put your previous order number/s in the comments of your new order.

-         Select shipping, not pick up, on all orders. We will refund your excess postage less 10%. E.g. if your postage is $16 and you have paid $32 you will get a refund of $14.40.

We use Australia Post Express postage service. While all care is taken during packing, we cannot take responsibility for loss or damage by Australia Post.
