Refund policy

We do not offer change of mind refunds or exchanges.

If you receive your order and you are not happy with the plant, please let us know by email petesperfectplants3805@gmail.com within 48 hours of your order getting delivered by AusPost. Please include a picture of the plant showing the issue. We cannot accept refunds if we are told after the 48-hour deadline.

Please note, that pictures of plants are only examples of what you will receive (unless stated otherwise in product description) Please remember that weather can change the appearance of plants. Some plants are summer or winter dormant and can look extremely different depending on the time of year. Most of our aloes, agaves, dragon trees are hard grown in Melbourne weather so may have marks on the leaves from the weather.
