Q: “Why isn’t the website accepting orders?”

A: The website www.petesperfectplants.com.au will be accepting orders from 7pm VIC time each Monday* - you may need to hit refresh Ordering is turned off 4pm VIC time every Sunday to give us a chance to pack orders and update the website with fresh stock. *Times and frequency subject to change over winter.


Q. What payments methods do you accept?

Paypal, credit card, Apple Pay, G Pay and Afterpay. Please not the minimum order to use Afterpay is $50 excluding postage costs.


Q: “Can I reserve a plant?”

A: No, plants can only be purchased via the website. We have this rule in place so everyone has an equal chance to get what they want.


Q: “I had a plant in my cart but when I tried to check out it says no longer available. Why did this happen?”

A: We have very limited stocks of some plants. Putting a plant in your cart does not secure it. Payment must be made in order to secure it. This is something we cannot change at this stage. When and if this function becomes available we will trial it.


Q: “I did an order earlier on the week but I would like to add more to it. Is this possible?”

A: Yes, we combine multiple orders within the same week, excluding Sundays. Please look at our shipping and refund policy page for more information on how to do this.


Q: "Can you hold my order till next week so I can combine postage?"

A. As our space is limited we can't hold onto orders till the following week.


Q: “How much is postage?”

A: Postage starts at $16 for express post. Postage will be calculated automatically at checkout. Please see our Shipping and Refund Policy page for more information.


Q: “What new stock did you get this week?”

A: Photos of new stock are posted on Facebook fortnightly on Mondays, usually in the afternoon.


Q: “How much is this plant?”

A: If you are after a price please check the website first. If it is not there it means we have not priced it yet. The price will be on the website at 7pm VIC time on Monday.


Q: “I ordered my plants on Wednesday and they have not been sent yet. Why not?”

A: Orders are sent out via express post once a week on Monday mornings, or Tuesdays if Monday is a public holiday in VIC.


Q: “Where are you located? Can I visit?”

A: We are located in Narre Warren VIC. We are open by appointment only on Tuesday - Saturday.


Q: “Where do you ship to?”

A: We ship to most states in Australia (excluding WA, NT & Tas). If you live in a restricted state please look at our Shipping and Refund Policy page for more information.


Q: “How long will you hold my pick up order?”

A: We prefer not to hold for more then a week as we are limited on space. We will hold orders up to two weeks - please contact us ASAP if you cannot pick up in this time frame.


Q: “I only want to see items in stock, can I do this?”

A: Yes, the website has a “Sort & Filter” function located on the top of the page. This will let you filter multiple things, including to only see items currently in stock.
